Day Use Events
While our priority at the Lodge has always been overnight retreats and conferences, there are opportunities for single day use. In fact, Rainbow Lodge is a great option for a variety of events and meetings:

All facilities and resources are available for use except guest bedrooms and the Lodge kitchen.
Our meeting room & dining room maximums are 65. We can handle more than that for a summer picnic. A signed agreement is required to confirm your event. Rates and policies are subject to change. |
Day Use Event Rates
We charge a flat rate for the first 15 people, with a per person charge for each additional person. The fee includes facility use (up to 8 hours with meals; 4 hours without any meals). Additional hours may be available at an extra charge.
Day use events may be scheduled Sunday – Thursday up to six months in advance.
There is a 10% surcharge for holidays. No deposit is required. Cancellation fee is $300 within 6 months of event, 90% of flat rate for the event within 2 months.
