Booking a Retreat

We book overnight retreats up to three years in advance. There is usually a minimum of 25 full-time participants for weekday retreats; 35 full-time participants for weekends.

We do not host children's or youth retreats.

Complete the inquiry form (or call us at 425.888-4181) to inquire about available dates through 2022 that meet your needs.

Rates vary by the type of group and the specifics of each retreat (e.g., number of nights and meals), but all include exclusive use of the lodge's facilities, grounds, and resources.

The reservation process is quite simple:

If dates are available, an agreement will be produced by Rainbow Lodge Retreat Center and emailed to you.
Once you receive the agreement, review it, and if it’s accurate, sign and return a copy.
While we don't require a deposit, there is a cancellation fee of $750 per night for cancellations within six months of the event, and 90% of the minimum for cancellations within two months of the event.
Your agreement specifies your minimum and your expected attendance as well as when your final count is due. A final information sheet and room diagram for housing is available on this site.
