Discovery Phase

At its January 8, 2026 meeting, the Rainbow Lodge Board of Directors approved this initiative and authorized the next phase of listening, learning, and discernment. Our staff and board are reaching out to youth-serving organizations and community partners to better understand what needs exist and how Rainbow Lodge may be able to help meet them. 

This discovery phase may help shape:

• new programs and retreat experiences
  
• partnerships with organizations serving LGBTQ+ youth
  
• new services and supports
  
• future facility improvements or additional youth-centered lodging
  

As this work develops, Rainbow Lodge may explore a future capital campaign to support the infrastructure needed for this initiative.
