Rainbow Lodge is launching a new initiative to serve LGBTQ+ youth and the organizations that support them. As we continue our work as a retreat center, we are also exploring how Rainbow Lodge can use its setting, relationships, and resources to better support young people who too often experience rejection, isolation, or a lack of safe belonging.

Why Now?

For more than 45 years, Rainbow Lodge has been a place of spiritual and relational healing. This initiative grows out of that longstanding mission and asks how we can use the assets of Rainbow Lodge in ways that more directly support youth who are often marginalized by society. We believe every young person deserves to be welcomed, affirmed, and embraced with dignity and care.

Our Vision

We envision Rainbow Lodge becoming a place of bridge-building, connecting LGBTQ+ youth, community partners, and supportive organizations in a setting grounded in safety, acceptance, and belonging. We hope to create intentional experiences where transgender and queer youth feel valued, deeply engaged, and empowered, and where pathways toward joy, healing, and thriving can take root.
