Brandon "Gooch" joined Rainbow Lodge as Executive Director in August of 2020. Gooch is originally from Mississippi where he graduated from Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy!), met his wife Candace, and welcomed his daughter Ellen into the world. He spent 14 years working at Camp Lake Stephens, a United Methodist Camp in Oxford, MS. Most recently, he spent 3 years as the Director at Bellwether Farm, a new Episcopal Camp and Retreat Center in Wakeman, Ohio. Gooch brings a passion for radical hospitality, property management and programming experience to Rainbow Lodge.

Luke joined Rainbow Lodge as Food Services Director in January of 2021. He is originally from Western Massachusetts, and prior to moving to Washington spent ten years in Boston working as a cook, baker, fundraiser, facilitator and community organizer. He has a passion for building and supporting communities that work for social change, and a belief in the power of food to forge community. He is excited to bring a fresh, locally inspired menu to the Lodge. When not working, Luke can be found biking, hiking, backpacking, singing and playing the viola.
